### Do you serve breakfast?

Yes. A buffet breakfast is served each morning, with British and continental options and a choice of eggs. Vegan options are available on request.

### Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. Free fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

### Do I need a car, and where can I park?

A car is not essential. The sea front promenade and many restaurants are within easy walking distance, and a City Sightseeing Hop-on-Hop-off stop is close by, with a route that also runs to Cape Point. If you do drive, parking is on the street.

### What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is allowed on the terrace, balconies and in the garden only.

### Is there a lift?

No, there is no lift, and some rooms are reached by stairs from street level. If step-free or easier access matters to you, contact us before booking and we will help you choose the best room.
